CBD Health Supplements

The CBD Health Supplements Making People Feel Good Again

CBD - the health supplement everyone and their dog is taking. Literally, you can get it for dogs too. People have been swearing by its properties for years now, and it makes sense too. It isn’t a cure-all, but it does have such a wide range of benefits that it is hard to dismiss it as snake oil. You can take it, tea, healthy capsules, water, ice tea, food, and more.  Unlike THC, CBD cannot get you high - which is a thing that many people still think. It is simply an extract from either the hemp plant or a marijuana plant. So those who are looking to improve their lifestyle or reduce pain have been looking to CBD to help.  It doesn’t have any mind-altering properties and isn’t addictive, unlike some pharmaceutical drugs.  How it is made? Well, most often, CBD oil is made by extracting CBD from cannabis or hemp plants and diluting it with a carrier oil like hemp seed oil or coconut oil.  What Are The Benefits? Anxiety If you suffer from anxiety and/or depression, you have probably been tempted to try CBD so many times. But of course, the worry is that it will set off an attack, or you won’t be able to find the motivation to do things. Fortunately, CBD doesn’t work like that. We have a system called the endocannabinoid system, and that deals with a range of things. From sleep to mood regulation. CBD works with your system to help you maintain a better mood balance and reduce anxiety too. There are no side effects when taking CBD for anxiety and depression, which gives them the edge over more typical prescribed drugs. It is suggested that a daily 300mg dose is ideal to start helping depression and anxiety.  Pain The big one that can impact all areas of life - is pain. Lupus, MS, Cancer, and other long-term chronic pain illnesses have their life affected daily. Pain can reduce the amount of rest they get, the ability to concentrate, and general life enjoyment. CBD works with the body’s own pain receptors, reduces inflammation (often the cause of the pain), and interacts with the neurotransmitters.  There are many countries that have approved the use of CBD and THC spray to help treat the pain related to MS and arthritis.  It is worth noting that marijuana has been used since 2900 BC for treating pain.  Sleep Almost all areas of life can be improved when you sleep better. But sleeping can be somewhat challenging to get when you are in pain or feeling anxious. So you might say that the benefits here are multiple. If you take a large dose of CBD in tea, oil, or a capsule a short while before you intend to sleep, you should drift off much easier. Combine that with something like a sleep story from the Calm app or Headspace for extra sleepy vibes. Smaller doses taken during the day will serve you in two ways - one is that the smaller dosing is microdosing designed to keep you sharp and reduce anxiety and pain, the other is it will keep your endocannabinoid system topped up and functioning at a better capacity. When that happens, your circadian rhythm is supported, and dropping off to sleep happens much more quickly.  Calm If you don’t have an illness or anxiety and really just want to have a bit of peace, the CBD will work for you too. Because of the extensive amount of areas that CBD functions on once you take it regularly, you are likely to benefit from positive effects anyway. Being more relaxed, noticing that maybe you did have a little bit of stress, more productive at work, sleeping better, and generally functioning as you had hoped. Busy Phillips has been quoted as using CBD and THC gummies to help with her anxiety.  Acne While some people grow out of acne, for some, it never leaves. And it can be pretty disheartening. CBD has been trialed on acne with positive results. The anti-inflammatory properties can help the skin to reduce sebum production. With less sebum being produced, there will be less redness and spots. There are more studies looking into this, but the results of tests done so far have been promising.  Topical Use If you aren’t comfortable ingesting CBD, you can use it topically like you would with any other painkilling gels. CBD can work locally to reduce pain and swelling, and in fact, Mandy Moore uses CBD oil on her feet to reduce the pain from high heels.  Overall, with a little bit of research, you can find a CBD product that will work for you.  Read Also: How CBD Oil Capsules Are Changing People’s Lives Should You Consider Drinking Cbd Water? How Talcum Powder & Ovarian Cancer Is Related?

The latest report by the American Cancer Society states that ovarian cancer accounts for 2.5% of cancer cases in women. The risk of ovarian cancer is dependent upon a number of factors, spanning from genetics, age, lifestyle to environmental factors. But, certain studies such as the American Cancer Society have discovered a strong link between talcum powder & escalating cases of ovarian cancer worldwide. As per studies, 11.5 in every 100,000 people in the United States of America developed ovarian cancer, from 2010 to 2014. What Is Ovarian Cancer? Ovarian cancer is the rarest form of cancer that affects women’s reproductive mechanisms.  This cancer type commences in the ovaries or in the fallopian tubes, connecting the ovaries to the womb. Ovarian cancer is graded by doctors in terms of stages 1 to 4, which is further determined by tumor size or if cancer has spread outside the ovary. Finally, the doctor will examine to identify the ovarian cancer type. This depends upon how the cancer cells respond to chemotherapy treatment-how fast they are growing. The type 1 ovarian cancer grows slowly but doesn't respond to the chemotherapy sessions, whereas the type 2 ovarian cancer develop quickly with chemotherapy. How Talcum Powder Is Responsible for Ovarian Cancer? Talcum powder is a common household baby care product widely used. Generally, talc is simply a mineral composed of silicon, magnesium, and oxygen. Owing to the talc ability to absorb moisture, it can also be applied to sensitive body areas. Now, now is the million-dollar question, can talcum powder contribute to ovarian cancer? What A Recent Study Published in the journal Epidemiology Says:- To quote the study published in the medical journal Epidemiology, talcum powder can significantly increase the risk of ovarian cancer to 33%, especially when used daily. However, further research work is needed to prove the relation between baby powder and ovarian cancer. In the meantime, the American Cancer Society did a thorough study investigating the alleged statements against the use of talcum powder. The bottom line of this study suggested limiting the use of cosmetic products that are rich in talc. Although the overall risk of developing ovarian cancer is low, it is a deadly gynecological cancer. So, it is vital to recognize the symptoms of ovarian cancer for early detection & diagnosis:- Common Signs and Symptoms Lower Abdominal Pain or Pressure Weight Gain or Weight Loss Abnormal Periods Gas, Nausea, or Vomiting Talcum Powder Lawsuits In the last couple of years, talcum powder cancer lawsuits are being filled by women diagnosed with ovarian cancer worldwide. Top names of the industry such as Johnson and Johnson are already facing thousands of talcum powder lawsuits and this is expected to increase with each passing year. Final Takeaway As with any form of cancer, it is crucial to take the precautions. Avoid the daily use of talcum powder, until we come across a convincing study revealing the clear-cut relation. In addition, it is essential to understand that everyone’s experience of cancer is distinct. Anyone with concerns relating to ovarian cancer symptoms, it is a no-brainer to speak to the doctor right away. Hormone Replacement Therapy

The 4 Types of Hormone Replacement Therapy

During menopause, estrogen levels in your body drop. Some women experience unpleasant symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), also known as Estrogen Replacement Therapy (ERT), is the most effective way to treat these menopausal symptoms. HRT involves estrogen-containing medications that replace the hormones that are no longer produced after menopause. Studies have found that hormone therapy also helps to prevent bone loss and reduce fractures in postmenopausal women. If you want to relieve the symptoms of menopause, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of hormone replacement therapy can help you determine the right type for you. Highlighted below are the four types of HRT for menopause. Here are the 4 types of Hormone Replacement Therapy: 1. Estrogen Pills One of the most common forms of HRT is an oral medication. The pills include conjugated estrogens and are typically taken once daily without food. However, some have more complicated dosing schedules. Pros Like other forms of HRT, estrogen pills can lessen or remedy the bothersome symptoms caused by menopause. They also reduce the risk of osteoporosis (weakening of the bones). Cons Estrogen, on its own, slightly increases the risk of thrombosis and stroke. When used with the hormone progesterone, the risk of heart disease and breast cancer is heightened. Like other HRT treatments, oral estrogens have side effects. These include painful swelling of the breasts, vaginal discharge, headache, and nausea. People with liver problems should opt for other forms of estrogen as oral estrogens can be hard on the liver. In addition, estrogen may not be absorbed, especially if you are taking certain medications or if you have stomach problems. 2. Skin Patches Another type of HRT is skin patches, with examples including Alora and Estraderm. There are also combined estrogen and progesterone skin patches. Follow the instructions and replace the patch once or twice weekly. Pros First, the patch is convenient. You can stick it without worrying about taking oral medicine every day. The patch is also great for people with liver ailments as the estrogen goes passes directly into the bloodstream, avoiding the liver. Studies have proved that patches do not present a risk of thrombosis to postmenopausal women compared to oral estrogens. Cons Estrogen patches do have side effects. These include painful swelling of the breasts, vaginal discharge, headache, and nausea. The patch can also irritate the skin on which it is applied. Do not expose estrogen patches to high temperatures or direct sunlight. The heat can bring about the rapid release of estrogen from some. Therefore, do not use a tanning bed or sauna when wearing an estrogen patch. 3. Topical treatment Estrogen gels, creams, and sprays are another way of incorporating estrogen into your body. Like skin patches, this type of estrogen treatment is directly absorbed into the blood. They are normally administered once a day. Pros Since these topical estrogen treatments journey directly into the blood, they are low risk for people with liver problems. Cons A possible problem with the use of this type of estrogen treatment is that the gel, cream, or spray can be rubbed or washed off before being completely absorbed. Always let the treatment of dry before dressing and apply after bathing. Since estrogen is directly absorbed through the skin, do not let your family members come into contact with these creams or gels. Ensure you clean and dry your hands after using the medication. 4. Vaginal Suppositories These types of estrogen treatments are applied directly to the vagina. These treatments are most suitable for women who suffer particularly from vaginal dryness, itching, pain, or burning sensation during intercourse. The medication includes vaginal tablets, creams, and vaginal rings. The exact dosing schedule depends on the product. However, the vaginal ring must be replaced every three months. Pros Research has proved that vaginal suppositories are more effective in treating vaginal symptoms of menopause than other types of estrogen treatment. Some vaginal rings produce low doses, impacting the surrounding region only. This is favorable since they do not subject the whole body to high amounts of estrogen. In theory, this reduces the risks of estrogen treatment and is a safe method to reassure women unable to receive systemic treatment. Cons Vaginal suppositories containing low amounts of estrogen are only useful for menopausal symptoms brought about due to hysterectomy. They do not treat other symptoms, such as hot flashes. Although high doses of suppositories offer solutions to these symptoms, they may carry risks of cancer. Most doctors do not recommend long-term vaginal estrogen therapy in women who still have a uterus, as this may escalate the threat of endometrial cancer. In conclusion, work closely with your doctor to decide on the best option from the various available hormone replacement therapies. Also, talk to your physician about how long you can take HRT and how to limit potential risks. CBD Oil Capsules

How CBD Oil Capsules Are Changing People’s Lives

There has been a lot of buzz around the abbreviation CBD, and for a good reason, it's dramatically helping to change people's lives. Without the need for a prescription from the doctor, you can purchase CBD capsules for sale online from various retailers. CBD, otherwise known as Cambodia, is an extract of the cannabis. You may be aware of the term THC, which is another part that forms the cannabis plant. THC is a chemical that can alter a person's mental state and exhibit the feeling of being high. CBD in comparison to THC, however, is legal to buy and this is mostly due to it not being psychoactive in contrast to THC. Now we've covered the basics of what CBD is let's move on to how it's changing people's lives for the better. Here are the most commonly reported benefits. Keep Anxiety Under Control Anxiety is a powerful feeling that can emerge as a result of stress that has built up over time, sometimes unknowingly. In the moment or periods where we feel anxious, we may experience butterflies in our stomachs, or a surge of worry and fear. And sometimes at that moment, we can't pinpoint a specific problem or event that has brought it about. Anxiety feels incredibly uncomfortable and for most people makes them feel as though they are going crazy. Most people just want to make the stress go away, but very few know how to do this or tend to turn to pharmaceutical drugs. Which, although some may help to relieve anxiety, the side effects of agitation, drowsiness, and sexual dysfunction can be quite off-putting. An alternative solution that has worked for many is CBD. Whether in capsules or liquid form that you drop under the tongue, CBD helps to calm the mind and body and restore balance. This allows you to get on with your life without anxiety taking over. Reduce Acne Some of us are plagued with acne that arises from several underlying issues. Such as genetics, overproduction of sebum, and bacteria. According to many recent scientific studies, CBD could be the solution to solve a lot of acne problems. Due to its ability to calm inflammation and reduce the production of sebum from the sebaceous glands. For those trying to find solutions for their acne problems, CBD could be the answer and help to change their lives for the better. Pain Relief For those suffering from pulsating back pain from a slipped disc, or other illnesses such as arthritis or multiple sclerosis, coping day to day is inevitably difficult. And if the pain and discomfort aren't managed quickly and effectively, it can lead to other health issues such as depression. In response to chronic pain, there is promising research that promotes CBD in helping to provide a solution to various pain-stricken problems with its ability to reduce inflammation. This occurs as CBD forms connections with receptors in the immune system and the brain. One of the receptors CBD associates with once ingested is called CB2. CB2 manages inflammation and pain. A Good Night's Rest We need our rest to thrive and take on new challenges each and every day. A bad night's sleep can be an indication of a few causes. Such as caffeine, particularly if it's taken later on in the day. Anxiety and depression can also be a driving factor that keeps you from drifting off to sleep. Or medication could alter your sleep cycle too. Taking CBD on its own will not make you sleepy. It does, however, help with the causes that can keep you from getting a good night's sleep. For instance, it can help to eliminate the anxiety that usually keeps you awake. In this scenario, CBD can help to dull down the intense feeling of stress so that your mind and body may slip into slumber with ease. The word of CBD is spreading like wildfire and it’s easy to see why when you look at the host of benefits one little capsule can bring to people's lives. Chances are, you may be suffering from pain, anxiety, depression, acne, or struggle to get to sleep, and if you are then don’t suffer in silence. You should of course always speak to your doctor for advice about these issues. But alongside this, take an active interest in self-care. Such as eating a healthy diet and sourcing supplements such as CBD. And of course, exercise and being outdoors can also help to enhance your life. CBD may not be the whole solution to your problems, but it is bound to be part of it. Read Also: What Is Cannabis Oil And How Does CBD Oil Work? marijuana

Pros And Cons Of Recreational Marijuana

Marijuana has always been present in society. People’s reaction and attitude towards it has been ranging from total approval to severe punishments for possession. Different countries have different regulations, but in general, marijuana is a harmless recreational drug with some, yet not completely explored, benefits to health. Regular users are maybe even apter than science to talk about its pros and cons, and how everyday life is affected. I spoke to the experts at peoplesorangecounty.com and we compiled a list of advantages and disadvantages of recreational consumption of cannabis. The Many Benefits Of Recreational Marijuana Recreational use of marijuana is still considered as something bad or negative, or people who use it are regarded as stoners who waste their life away. That attitude is not justified, as any person under the influence of any kind of psychoactive substance might leave that impression, like alcohol, nicotine, etc. Smoking marijuana is a great social lubricant as it helps people loosen up and share a range of different conversations without any mental blockade. It helps relax and allow for some healthy dialogue which can only produce a more thorough bonding between people. It is also an ‘’individual drug’’ meaning that it is great for relaxation and some quality me-time. It is great for people who want to strengthen their appetite. Since all senses are heightened, everything around you leaves a greater impression and unlocks some new levels of experiencing things you already know, like music, food, sports, or just about any activity you can think of. Creativity also reaches new heights. Sativa strains, such as Royal Queen, are specifically made to affect your brain and introduce some new ways of thinking you never knew existed before. It is a great stress reliever (in normal doses), as it helps you cope with problems by inspiring you to think about solutions rather than simply worrying. You focus more on life and the beauty of living instead of grownup problems and worries that eat your happiness away. Shy people can benefit as well since marijuana helps overcome a lack of confidence while improving social skills they never knew they had before. It helps the good side of your personality come out and shine. When taken in normal amounts, and every person has a different dose of normal, it is a recreational drug that really sparks a dose of optimism which is a great weapon to combat depression and anxiety. It is a state where both body and mind feel good and the perspective to life changes in a way that it makes you realize that some problems were not as big as you feared, and the solutions are also much more accessible. Are There Any Negative Sides? Not all users can report a great experience, and just like any other substance you intake, there are certain risks and negative side-effects. Short term memory loss is probably the most common disadvantage. It is also not recommended for teenagers to use it as it can negatively affect the development of their brain and the ability to learn new things might get impaired. As much as it produces joy, happiness, confidence and good mood, the other side of the coin is reserved for anxiety, depression, fear, and even paranoia. These can get extra potent if marijuana is used frequently and in large doses, then the recreation becomes a torment basically, and the best way to handle it is to take a break from it all. You become less reactive to your surroundings which can be problematic for people who are still not used to that feeling. Your balance, coordination, and reactions can worsen which some people don’t like at all. breast cancer

Early Symptoms and Signs of Breast Cancer

October is the breast cancer awareness month. This tradition has been established in the 1980s and has been commemorated every year since. It is meant to raise awareness of this vicious disease affecting predominantly women. And a vicious disease it is. In fact, it is one of the biggest killers of women in the US, as well as the rest of the developed world. It is also one of the most diagnosed cancers. We asked professionals from Odonate Pharmaceuticals to share some insight into the early signs and symptoms of breast cancer, as well as possible treatment options available today. Early Symptoms Are Easy to Dismiss Breast cancer is not only a dangerous and widespread illness, but it can also be very subversive, particularly in the early stages. The symptoms and potential signs that something is wrong are easy to dismiss and can even go unnoticed. However, if you are diligent and check regularly, you should be able to notice any difference and seek advice from your doctor. Some people adopt the mindset that it is perhaps nothing and not important, but you really shouldn’t gamble with your health and seek help if you notice anything. Changes in the Feel of the Breast The earliest symptoms won’t be visible, but you will be able to feel them with your hand. Giving yourself regular breast exams is the simplest and safest way to ensure that you are able to spot any changes or problems early on. Some of these symptoms include the tenderness of the breast or a lump on the breast or the armpit region, enlargement of the pores in the region, or even a change in the texture of the skin (often described as orange peel sensation). Remember that even if you do spot these changes (particularly lumps), that doesn’t mean that it is cancerous. There are different types of lumps; however, just to be safe, any changes should be seen by a professional. Changes in the Appearance of the Breast The second level of potential early symptoms of breast cancer can be inspected visually as well. One of the most common of these is the unexplained change in size or the shape of the breast. This kind of problem is particularly noticeable if it is asymmetrical, i.e. affecting only one breast and not the other one. A more noticeable issue can be if the nipple is inverted or at least slightly turned inwards. This might be a stronger indication that something is wrong. If the skin of the breast is red, swollen, scaly, or with orange skin pattern, you really should consult a medical professional. Even if it is not a symptom of cancer, it is a concern which you should see as soon as possible. Nipple Discharge Finally, if you detect any kind of discharge from your breasts which you do not expect, it is a cause for concern. If the discharge is milky, most experts agree that this is not an indication of cancer, but should be investigated by a medical professional, nonetheless. On the other hand, if the discharge is clear, you ought to be responsible and see a doctor. The same thing applies in the case of bloody nipple discharge. Once again, even if it is not related to cancer, it is a cause for concern. Keeping yourself healthy may seem like a chore at first, but if you persist, you will find that this short and simple ritual is quite useful and that the benefits it provides far outweigh the trouble you put yourself through. Getting Back to the Gym Easily

Whether it is the vacations or the heat, but many people forego going to the gym during the peak of summer. Most people build up their ‘summer body’ or ‘beach body’ in spring and early summer, and then simply stop going to the gym and enjoying the benefits of their hard work. However, if you do not exercise regularly, after a while, you will notice that the effects are wearing out. Whether it is weight gain or muscles losing their tone, you will have to go back to the gym if you want to keep your top form. Still, many people find it hard to find the proper motivation or the willpower to start going to the gym again. We asked experts at Fit Athletic to share some tips on how to go back to the gym with ease and zeal. Ease Yourself into It Don’t try to get back to your full form and full exercise right away. It will almost certainly overwhelm you and you may create a mental blockade that will prevent you from returning to a healthy lifestyle. Not only your mind but also your body will also need some easing into the workout routine you used to do at the peak of your fitness. Start with small things, like 10-15 minutes of light exercises and build up in small increments towards your desired goals. Low-intensity exercises are a great way to condition yourself for a workout. You will get less return on your investment, but they will re-train you to enjoy working out. Don’t Forget the Basic Rules of Exercising There are probably as many ‘basic rules of fitness’ as there are personal trainers. However, they all agree that before you start working out, you really need to stretch first. It is particularly important if you haven’t worked out in a while. Make sure that your muscles are ready and agile enough for the strain. Additionally, warmup exercises like cardio are also one of the postulates that most fitness professionals recommend before exercising. Finally, in order to unwind and finish your training, do some cool-down exercises. Adjust Your Lifestyle If you’ve been on hiatus from exercising due to your summer vacation, chances are that you also didn’t live your regular lifestyle. Most people on holiday drink more, eat more, sleepless, and generally, change a lot of their lifestyle. However, once you are back in the real world, you will need to adjust your lifestyle to reflect that. You will probably have to go to work and if you include working out into the mix, you will be expending a lot of energy. That means that you will need to start eating regularly and, probably even more importantly, rest more. Sleep is one of the most important aspects of a healthy life, especially if you are working hard. And make no mistake, exercising is hard work. Listen to the Signs Your Body Is Sending You Finally, and most importantly, you need to be aware of how your body is responding to the workout. The term ‘power through the pain’ is often thrown out by enthusiastic fitness bugs. However, that might not be the best piece of advice out there. Your body uses pain and other sensation to regulate what you do. Sure, there is a good kind of pain that is telling you that the workout is effective, but you need to be able to distinguish it from the bad kind of pain which is telling you to stop what you are doing immediately. Getting back to the gym is an investment in your health, self-esteem, and good looks. If done right, you will be back in your full workout form in no-time. Many homeowners opt for a paved garden to cut down on the necessary workload and keep it tidy with little expense or effort. We have detailed below some examples of the benefits you will be missing out on by not having a healthy lawn and garden. A good lawn and plants can help make us feel better, be more popular with friends and neighbors, while also being a positive force for the environment. Health Benefits of a Garden We may not realize how much an outdoor space can help to keep us healthy and fit. If you are lucky enough to have a garden that is well maintained, you will benefit from having fewer allergies and pests bothering you in the peak season. A beautiful garden will keep pest’s away by not providing them with an ideal environment for breeding, and the pollen count will be lower due to having plants and trees that have a lower pollen count. The university in California has also noted that patients with a view of the gardens recover quicker than those with interior views only, meaning your garden can actually help to cure you of ailments. Along with the physical gains, you will get from having a garden that has been looked after you will also gain from the mental side. Having a beautiful area to sit and relax in after a hard day at the office will reduce stress levels and help those who have attention deficit disorders, allowing them to concentrate more when needed. Socializing Benefits of a Well-cared-for Garden Many homeowners are paying more attention to their outside spaces than ever before. The reason we want to have a great back yard is to create additional living space for the family to relax. If you take care of your lawn and keep the different types of weeds under control, you give your family a great space to eat and socialize. A garden in great shape can also offer young children an additional play area out of the house where you know they will be safe and secure. A common feature in a lot of back gardens is having a space to eat and entertain friends, usually a decking or well-designed patio with a barbeque area that you can use when the weather is good. Gain the admiration of your friends by creating a garden that looks good and provides you with a great socializing space to enjoy. Environmental Benefits of a Garden Possibly the most significant benefit that having a well looked after the garden is the ecological aspect. Having healthy trees, plants and turf will eat up carbon and replace it with oxygen providing a much-needed boost for you and the local environment. Lawns will naturally absorb a lot of the sun’s radiation while also providing a cooling effect whereas patios, concrete and asphalt will store heat and radiate it back in the air which can make the temperatures soar during sunny spells. Good quality turf will help to retain the soil far better than a sparsely seeded lawn, at the same time it will help soak up the rainwater. CBD for Pain Relief: Dosage Guidelines and Safety

A lot of people have been using CBD oil for pain relief. One of the wonderful effects of using CBD is the effective pain relief it can provide for people experiencing various kinds of illness and conditions, including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and chronic pain. You can consider CBD like a multivitamin which takes some time and some getting used to for the body to experience its benefits. Also, the effects can vary from one person to another, which is why it is essential to consider the best way to dose CBD. CBD Dosage for Pain How little or how large a dosage of CBD to take will depend on a few elements, including your body weight, your body chemistry which is unique from others, the condition or illness you are trying to treat with CBD, and the concentration of the CBD product you are taking, whether it’s in the form of CBD infused beverage, oil, capsule, pill, gummy, or balm. And while there is no ‘right' CBD dose that can work for everyone, one can set his own dosage instructions with the passage of usage and time. One of the easiest ways to figure out the best CBD dose to start with, especially for beginners, is based on body weight. If you have an average weight of 150 lbs. to 240 lbs., a starting CBD dose of 15 mg to 20 mg would be enough to relieve pain if you are looking for a variety of ailments. It can be taken either once or twice a day. The effect of this dose can differ from one another. Some might experience its effect right after taking the dose while some others might take time noticing its effects. General CBD Dosage Guide The general CBD dosage guidelines will depend on your body weight and at what dosage range to start and how to progress from that. 1. Mild Range Taking CBD should be gradual. It will be ideal if you start on a lower dosage, especially if you are considering CBD for the first time. It would be smart to make your body well acquainted with the effects of CBD before taking them in large doses or as you need. At this range, the recommended dosage for an average weight between 46-85 lbs. is 9mg, 12mg for between 86-150 lbs. average body weight, 18mg for between 151-240 lbs. average body weight, and 22.5mg for average body weight more than 240 lbs. 2. Medium Range If you need a higher dosage of CBD or if you are not experiencing any benefits or effects with the mild CBD dosage range, then you can move on to taking the medium dosage range for CBD. At this range, the recommended dosage is 12mg for 48-85lbs average body weight, 15mg for between 86-150 lbs. average body weight, 22.5mg for between 151-240 lbs. average body weight, and 30mg for average body weight more than 240 lbs. 3. High Range If the medium dosage range still hasn't given you the desired effects, then you can go all-in with the high CBD dosage range. At this range, the recommended dosage is 15mg for 48-85lbs average body weight, 18mg for between 86-150 lbs. average body weight, 27mg for between 151-240 lbs. average body weight, and 45mg for average body weight more than 240 lbs. When to Dose CBD? After figuring out the best dosage to start with when using CBD for pain relief, the next thing is to find your preferred CBD dosing schedule. There are three main dosage schedules you can choose from when taking CBD. Hourly Micro-Dosing Every Two to Three Hours Once or Twice a Day You can choose what is more convenient for you, as long as you stay with the recommended dosage amount per day. CBD Edibles Dosage Guide There are various CBD products you can take, and it doesn't necessarily have to be in the oil form. There are CBD edibles available if that is your preferred way to take CBD. It often comes in capsule or gummy forms. CBD edibles usually come with a guideline as to how much CBD there is for every serving. Aside from CBD oils, this CBD form produces a more prolonged effect, which is perfect for using in a once or twice-a-day dosing schedule. You can take one or more capsules or gummy depending on your needs or dosage. CBD Balm Dosage Guide You will either need to apply very little or a lot depending on the strength or concentration of the CBD balm. Using a small amount of the balm on the affected area is the best way to start and reapplying as needed. The dosing of CBD mainly lies in the product, its quality, and its concentration. Some companies that produce CBD products provide dosing guidelines, but that is often specific to their product only. If you want to get your desired results, you can make use of this dosing guide, to begin with, and find the best dosage for your needs. CBD for Pain Safety Concerns As much as CBD can be beneficial for pain relief, that is only true if CBD is used the right way. Here are some guidelines when consuming CBD. 1. Make Sure You Are Dosing CBD and Not Other ‘Similar’ Oil There are a lot of oils you can find in the market, and some can be mistaken for CBD oil. If you want to get the best benefits CBD can offer, then you have to choose your products well. If you are going for an oil-based CBD product, then make sure it's CBD oil and not hemp oil. The two are not the same, even if you think they are. 2. Start Slow and Work Your Way Up from There CBD can have very intense effects, depending on who takes it and how much. As a beginner, it is always recommended to start small and go your way up from there. That way, your body wouldn’t feel the shock of the effects of CBD. There is no single ‘dosage' that can work for everybody when it comes to CBD. The amount of CBD you take for pain relief will depend on several factors like body weight and chemistry, as well as the quality and concentration of the CBD product you have. The best way to figure the dosage of CBD for pain relief would be to use this starting dosage guideline and enjoy the process of figuring out which amount or dosage range works perfectly to achieve your desired effects.
