Always remember that your handguard will need accessories. Thus, look for one with mounting options. 6. Heat resistance: Some handguards are of a material that can get hot, for example, aluminum. If you think you’ll make prolonged shooting, at some point, then it’s better to avoid aluminum-made handguards.
