Why is sleeping well so important for job performance?

You probably do not need anyone to tell you how important sleep is. You learn information one day, it sets in your memory overnight, and you are able to recall it the following day. There is some evidence that if this process is interrupted by lack of sleep, your memory can be adversely affected. How to improve your sleep pattern The good news is that there are ways in which you can start to increase the amount of good quality sleep that you get.Do not work or watch TV in bed; stick to sleeping.
